Melike Hatun, who had a madrasa, mosque, caravanserai and fountain built in Ankara; He allocated foundations to cover the expenses of Sultan Alaeddin Mosque, Ahi Evran Lodge and Baba Mansur Kalenderhane. He donated the annual income of the village of Solfasil, where His Holiness Haji Bayram-ı Veli (k.s) was born, and the many villages and hamlets of Çabuk, Akyurt and Kahramankazan, the mill and garden that were his property, and the share of İne (Eyne) Bey Hamam. It is written that Melike Hatun, who died in 1393, was the daughter of Sultan Alaeddin in the edict of Ramadan 1027/September 1618. It is understood that Melike Hatun, who was the founder of the “Black Madrasa”, where Hacı Bayram-ı Veli was a professor, was the Anatolian Seljuk queen.olan Melike Hatûn’un, Anadolu Selçuklu melikesi olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.
